Frappe Tropical (serves two)
Ingredients:
6fl oz parcha juice (passion fruit)
2 tablespoonfuls cream of coconut
1 cup pineapple chunks
one ripe banana
2 fl oz white rum (optional)
Six large ice cubes
Combine all ingredients and grind in a blender until the ice is shredded and a thick paste forms
with the ingredients. Serve in tall glasses with sipping straws. Sprinkle ground nutmeg or
cinammon and add fresh fruit pieces as available to make a delicious, refreshing drink.
