A little horse sense will do wonders to steer you away from costly mistakes while trying to earn money on the internet.
1. Don't rush into anything. As a rule of thumb, I simply ignore any offers with an expiration date. If you come back to the same offer a few days later, you will most likely find that the deadline for the offer has been moved forward a few days. I stay away from anyone who must resort to this silly trick in order to sell a product or service.
2. Set up your own website. Choose a subject that you understand well. Make a rough sketch of what you want. Make an internet search on that subject and see how others have organized and presented their content.
3. Find good content for your pages: images, articles, interesting facts. Appearance is fine, but good content is a key factor if you want surfers to return and to recommend your website.
4. Find ads related to the content of your pages. If you are selling your own services or products, then find content related to your offerings.
5. Learn about Meta Tags. Make sure your pages have adequate meta tags before submitting your website address to the search engines.
6. Visit your own pages often. Make changes as needed to maintain a fresh look throughout your website.
