Mojo de ajo Garlic sauce is an excellent condiment for steak, fish, chops, and chicken. Try it also on toasted French bread. Makes about 1/3 cup
Ingredients:
Procedure: Use a fork or wooden spoon to soften the butter into a cream. Slowly merge in the mixture prepared above. Stir just enough to ensure an even spread throughout. May be used at once or refrigerated in a small bowl. For fancier appearance, refrigerate in small cookie molds to serve individually in each dinner plate. Enjoy!
