We proudly present our collection of Plantain Recipes. We feature mainly dishes from Puerto Rico, but there are also specialties from Cuba, Santo Domingo, and many other countries in the area.
We have been publishing on the Internet since 1998 and have had thousands of visitors since. Many of them refer their friends and relatives to our website. This has made our pages widely visited, for which we thank you all!
