• 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
• 6 oz freshly brewed hot coffee
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• Heavy cream

Pour whiskey, hot coffee and sugar into a mug. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Float heavy cream on top. Do not stir. Sip carefully; the coffee will be hot below the cold heavy cream.
