Parcha supremaIngredients:
Preparation This recipe is only for those lucky people who have access to ripe, whole parchas. Ever thought about planting your own? You may want to try growing the vine in a year-round greenhouse or a semi-tropical environment. But be aware that the vine grows wildly unless you prune it frequently!Make a nearly round hole, about one inch in diameter, at the upper end of the parcha. That's the end with the stem or the scar of the stem. Stir the liquor into the parcha fruit. With a very small spoon, remove the seeds and eat. Some people like to eat the seeds as they are, pits and all. Others will suck the yellowish flesh which is now saturated in liquor, and spit out the pits.
Those who eat the pits frequently claim to have performed great sexual feats after doing so. Don't believe
everything you hear!
