Horchata de ajonjolí (non-alcoholic)


Ingredients
2 cups sesame seed
2 cups water at room temperature
4 cups warm water
1 cup sugar or equivalent sweetener

Allow the seeds to soak in room-temperature water for two to four hours. Grind until the seeds have become a very fine powder.

Add 4 cups warm water, mixing well. Sweeten to taste. Chill well before serving.
