Limbers de Oreo (non-alcoholic)
Ingredients:
- 4 cups evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar or other sweetener to taste
- 1/3 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 3 or 5 oz plastic cups
Procedure:
Blend all ingredients together. After sweetening to taste, add some more sweetener, since freezing tends to remove some of the sweet taste.
Pour into 3 or 5 oz cups. Do not fill to the brim. Place in your freezer. After one hour or so in the freezer, limbers are at their best: not fully frozen, yet more solid than a frappe. However, you can let them stay in the freezer for as long as needed.
