Limbers de vainilla(non-alcoholic)
Ingredients:
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 cup sugar or other sweetener to taste
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (preferably, white vanilla)
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 3 or 5 oz plastic cups
Procedure:
Use your blender to mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 3 or 5 oz cups. Do not fill to the brim. Place in your freezer. After one hour or so in the freezer, limbers are at their best: not fully frozen, yet more solid than a frappe. However, you can let them stay in the freezer for as long as needed.
